Once you have gotten to know our program and understand our services we feel sure you will want to make us a part of your life. The donations and volunteer work you do are a great help to us. We are also looking for our future and the work we will be able to do for children well beyond our own lives. After all, Rev. Mumford knew that this home would help children well beyond his lifetime.

There are many ways to make sure that the work you have contributed to will continue on into the future. Our Development Office is prepared to help you understand how your gifts can help our work and bring you tax advantages that can help you today.

We can help you with Gifts of Cash, Stock, Real Estate, Life Insurance, Bequests and Life Income Gifts.

Example: If you purchased some stock many years ago for $1,000 and it is now worth $10,000, an outright gift of that stock to us would result in a charitable deduction of $10,000. In addition, you permanently avoid paying capital gains tax on the $9,000 of appreciation.
