One of the most difficult, yet rewarding endeavors in all of child services is that of Fostering a child with no home. You can do this through our services here at the Georgia Industrial Children's Home through our TLC Program. This program is dedicated to the care that is needed for the very troubled child who is in need of a well disciplined home to help them through the trials of their lives.

People interested in Therapeutic Loving Care, TLC, are required to attend MAPP training for Foster care parents. This series of Classes is held over a 10-week period and gives training to the new foster parent. The Class teaches you how this child will change your life and teach you the power you have to change the world for child in need. This is one more in a wide array of choices you can make to become involved with a child needing more than most of the children coming into care.

If you are interested in learning more about how you can reach out to a troubled child in a very meaningful and personal way, please contact:  Bonnie Howard
